I've never come across someone that doesn't have some kind of disorder that they feel they have no control over. We all have something from insomnia to eczema. Personally, I have allergies which causes my skin to itch. I've seen doctors my whole life for eczema and allergies to try to solve the problem. I began biofeedback with my boyfriend's mom and have been mostly itch and allergy free for over a year. It's a miracle! Or is it? I think it's that I'm finally connecting my mind and my body.
